  • Original packaging intact with all tags attached

  • No signs of use, staining, installation, or damage

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

To maintain fairness and quality standards, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order rugs (crafted specifically for you)
  • Rugs that have been used, installed, or placed on flooring
  • Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)
